Family First Care Coordination was founded by LaRita, a Registered Nurse with more than 16 years of experience across hospital care, health insurance, home health, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing settings. This cross-setting experience provides practical insight into discharge processes, care transitions, provider communication, insurance navigation, and the challenges families encounter when coordinating support for an aging loved one.
While our founder's background is clinical, Family First Care Coordination operates strictly as a non-medical consulting and coordination service. We do not provide medical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, medication administration, or emergency response. Our role is to guide, plan, and advocate — not to deliver clinical care.
